A perfect case of how interactive tutorials can reduce the workload of your customer service team. The telecom provider Telenet offers many solutions to boost your wifi. Only, not everyone is tech-savvy enough to install them (looking at you, gramps). Confusion leads to frustration, which leads to angry calls. To limit these, we needed to make the necessary information as accessible as possible.

One video to help them all, that was the goal. With so many different ways to install these wifi-boosters, we needed to create an interactive video that could serve as a single point of contact. So we combined forces with our 'interactivity' partner Blue Billywig.
